★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二郎系の背脂ラーメンではありません。佐野系のあっさりしたらーめんです‼️でも塩、味噌、醤油味のらーめんがあり、どれも美味しく、麺も自家製で美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝からひとり渋沢栄一生地巡礼をして歩き倒してフラフラだったのですが、事前に休憩スポットと決めていたこちらに訪問しました。
雨の中で寒かった日なので、佐野ラーメンを目掛けて歩いてよかったです。
こちらでピロピロ青竹手打ちラーメンと餃子を堪能しました。
それまで深谷名物のねぎ畑を見ながら歩いていたので、もちろんねぎラーメンです。笑
大盛りは結構な量だったのですが、心配はよそに美味しく完食して満足です。
尾高惇忠生家 から最初の信号で右に曲がれば良いだけだったので、迷わずに行けたのも良かったです。
※歩き倒したい人は、そのまま来た道を進めば、誠之堂・清風亭が出てくるので、そこを見学してからバスで深谷駅というコースも良いかと思います！
From the morning, I went on a pilgrimage to Shibusawa Eiichi alone and walked down, but I visited here, which I had decided in advance as a resting spot.
It was a cold day in the rain, so I'm glad I walked for Sano ramen.
We enjoyed Piro Piro Aotake handmade ramen and dumplings here.
Until then, I was walking while looking at Fukaya's famous green onion field, so of course it was green onion ramen. Lol
The large serving was quite large, but I'm satisfied with the deliciousness of the meal.
It was good that I could go without hesitation because all I had to do was turn right at the first traffic light from the Odaka Atsushi Tadashi family.
* For those who want to walk down, if you continue on the road you came to, Seinodou and Seifutei will come out, so I think it would be a good idea to take a bus to Fukaya Station after visiting there!

Sano ramen line, the noodles are chewy and the soup is a little sweet. Fukaya green onions were the accent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンのバラ肉チャーシュー麺と餃子をいただいた。
メンマが自作なのかがっしりと太いものから穂先メンマのような薄いものまで入っている。味はシンプルに美味しい。
スープはスッキリとしているがちょっと癖がある。
チャーシューは下味がほとんどついておらずホロホロととろける。
麺は青竹打ちで店内でご主人が打っていた。喉越しはよくまた解ける感じもあり非常に美味しいと思う。
餃子は所謂町中華の餃子といった感じで美味しい！！という感じではないが安心できる味。
またの機会があれば塩ラーメンを食べてみたい。
I had soy sauce ramen ribs char siu noodles and dumplings.
Menma is self-made, and it contains everything from thick ones to thin ones like tip menma. The taste is simply delicious.
The soup is refreshing but a little quirky.
The char siu has almost no flavor and melts.
The noodles were made with green bamboo and were made by the owner in the store. I think it's very delicious because it feels like it's easy to thaw.
The dumplings are delicious like the so-called Chinese dumplings in town! !! It's not like that, but the taste is reassuring.
I would like to try salt ramen if I have another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 尾高淳忠生家訪問後、徒歩10分ほどのところにありましたので、こちらで深谷ねぎラーメン（しょうゆ）、いただきました。
佐野ラーメンを食したのは初めてでしたが、ウェーブがかった中太麺が美味しく頂けました。

醤油ベースの佐野ラーメンである。これに深谷市のネギをマッチさせたラーメンが一押し風。店内は日本酒のラベルが一面に…日本酒メニューにも力が入っているようす
スープは滋味深いまろやかさがあり、染み入る一杯。
麺は正真正銘の手打ち。太さ短さ長さまちまち感あり。ただ、個人的にはやわ目すぎかなという感じ。それでも腰を感じさせるのはさすが。チャーシュー等普通。
デフォルトの輪切りのネギが入っていたが、なんと香りの強いことか！本場の新鮮なネギである証左。
