★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここはまいう～?️醤油つけ麺喰いました❗野菜トッピングで……。麺の量は1.5から4玉……かな？取り敢えず2玉で喰いましたが、旨かったのでもう１玉頼んだ程です。置かれてる調味料に辛味噌？があり味変もできました。あと焼き餃子もまいう～です?✌️個人的には塩が好きなので次は塩ラーメンと水餃子にしようかなっと❗?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺はシコシコしていてツルツルの太麺です。なので味噌が合うと思います。
今回は店名にあるうめまるラーメン（チャーシュー）をいただきました。
背脂が結構入ってますが、意外にあっさりしていて美味しかったです。
チャーシューは味付けも良く、私の好みの味でした。脂身が少ないのにとろけるような肉の加減は素晴らしいと思います。
前回の味噌、今回醤油だったので、次回はつけ麺を食べてみたいです。
The noodles are chewy and smooth and thick. So I think the miso goes well.
This time, I had Umemaru ramen (char siu) in the store name.
It has a lot of lard, but it was surprisingly light and delicious.
The char siu was well seasoned and was my favorite taste. I think the amount of meat that melts even though it is low in fat is wonderful.
Last time I used miso and this time it was soy sauce, so I would like to try tsukemen next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌担々麺+バタートッピング、自家製の太麺に合って美味しく頂きました。皆さんが言ってる通りチャーシュー、店員さんも◎。久しぶりの訪問だったので全般的にそうだつたのかは不明ですが、今回は少しスープがぬるめだったのが△。毎回のサービス券も嬉しい❗
It was delicious with miso dandan noodles + butter toppings and homemade thick noodles. As you say, the char siu and the clerk are also ◎. It's been a long time since I visited, so I'm not sure if that was the case in general, but this time the soup was a little lukewarm. I am happy with the service ticket every time ❗

ラーメンも冷めない工夫やモチモチの麺に加え、とろとろの豚軟骨などそそられるメニューが多いです♪

開店同時に常連さんの様な方が次々来ていて地元の方に愛されてるお店だと思いました。
オーナーさん？の男性の方も愛想良くて、また機会があれば行きたいです。
