★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この寺は幕末、会津藩の本陣でした。門に看板があり、いまだに本陣があるような気にさせてくれる門です。新撰組もここをくぐって松平公に会いに参上していたのでしょう❗
This temple was the headquarters of the Aizu clan at the end of the Edo period. There is a signboard on the gate, and it makes you feel like you still have the main team. The Shinsengumi would have passed through here to meet Matsudaira ❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くの京都国立美術館に行った際に立ち寄り、かなり大きなお寺だとワクワクしたのですが、偶然、結婚式の衣装前撮り？中だった感じで･･
４時頃、門から入ろうとしたら、門をバックに本殿の方からカメラマンが撮ろうとした時だった様子でした。
カップルやカメラマンやスタッフからも、暫くジーッとこちらを見られて･･
門を入らずに帰らざるを得ない雰囲気でした⤵️
せっかく近くに来たのだから、と立ち寄りましたが、残念でした。
“撮影中につき･･”と門の手前にでも、何か知らせて下さる注意書き等があれば、変な雰囲気にならずにUターンも出来ましたが、「何か悪い事でもしたのカナ？」と気まずい雰囲気の中、ジーッと見られて引き返しました(^_^;)

At around 4 o'clock, when I tried to enter from the gate, it seemed that the photographer was trying to take a picture from the main shrine with the gate in the background.
Couples, photographers and staff have been able to see this for a while ...
It was an atmosphere where I had to go home without entering the gate ⤵️
I stopped by because I came close to it, but I was disappointed.
Even in front of the gate saying "Because I'm shooting ...", if there was a note to let me know something, I could make a U-turn without creating a strange atmosphere, but "Kana did something wrong." In an awkward atmosphere, I was glanced at and turned back (^ _ ^;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金戒光明寺参拝のメインルートで最初に通る門。今でも京都守護職本陣とかかっているところから歴史を感じる。
This is the first gate on the main route of visiting the temple. Even now, I can feel the history from the position of the Kyoto guardian team.
