鈴	鈴木定光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年６月中旬の平日ブランチに訪問しました。今年で創業四年目だそうです。外観、客席ともお洒落なレストラン風です。創業間もないようなピカピカな客室は居心地いいです。上がり座敷もあるキャパ20人位です。もりそば（700円）を頂きました。地元産の常陸秋そばを自家製粉した手打ち蕎麦（二八）で、香＆旨味とも感じます。もちっとした食感が好みです。つけ汁は辛めな江戸風なので徳利から好みな量を蕎麦猪口に注ぎたいな～初訪問なので控えめな評価です。 I visited a weekday branch in mid-June 2019. It seems to be the fourth year of its founding this year. Both the appearance and the seating area are stylish restaurants. It is cozy room that there is no such time during the establishment. It is a capa 20 person rank with a raised seat. I got Mori Soba (700 yen). It is a hand-made soba noodle (26) made with home-made ground fall buckwheat noodles, and it also feels like incense and delicious. I like the texture that is delicious. I would like to pour a favorite amount from Tokiwa to Soba noodles because it is hot Edo style. As it is the first visit, it is a modest evaluation.

For holidays, I think it's better to confirm by phone in advance. I didn't know that it would be closed on weekdays, so I couldn't enter the store, so I'm hoping that it will be given a tentative rating of 4 stars. (Because word-of-mouth cannot be written without evaluation)

k	kumikumi55555 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わざわざ検索して訪ねました玄関入って直ぐにスリッパに履き替え店内に、、壁を利用したカウンター席、テーブルと椅子席、小上りの御座敷、お座布団席、 3種類ありました御昼時終了くらいでしたが結構いっぱいでした愛想の良い店主が一人で切り盛りしていましたお店一番奥が厨房になっており声掛けをして気付いて貰いました「立て込んでいて申し訳ないですが空いてるお席にどうぞ」と、、御座敷テーブルに座りました会社員らしき初老グループ中年夫婦が数組乳幼児とママと母高齢の母と中年の息子年齢層が色々で堅苦しさが無く何処かホッとします「天もりそば」1200円を注文忙し中の注文でしたので苦に感じる事もなくのんびり待ちました「お待たせしてしまって本当に申し訳ないですすみません」「最後のお客様なのでお蕎麦少し多めにさせて貰いました」、、とお蕎麦は蕎麦つゆ、お塩、両方で楽しめます天ぷらもカラリとしていてお蕎麦も美味しかったですしいて言うなら蕎麦つゆ、、私的にはもう少し甘さが欲しかったです醤油が勝っていて少し残念でした蕎麦つゆ以外は満足の昼食でした I went to search and visited Change into slippers immediately after entering the entrance In the store, Counter seats using walls, Table and chair seats, Going up the parlor, zabuton seats, There were 3 types It was about the end of noon It was quite full A friendly shopkeeper was running alone The back of the store is a kitchen I noticed after calling out "I'm sorry for standing up, but please go to a vacant seat," I sat down at the Gojiki table Elderly group that seems to be a company employee Several middle-aged couples Infant, mom and mother Elderly mother and middle-aged son There are various age groups and there is no hardship Relieved somewhere Order "Tenmori Soba" 1200 yen Because it was a busy order I waited leisurely without feeling painful "I'm really sorry for making you wait." “Because it was the last customer, I gave it a little more soba.” Soba can be enjoyed with soba soup and salt The tempura is also crisp Soba was also delicious.
