熊肉からでる出汁と脂が、なんとも濃厚でとても美味しくいただきました。
熊肉は臭みもなく、しっかりとした噛みごたえです。
付け合せのご飯に熊肉を乗っけて、汁をかけて食べるのも絶品でした。
親方は現役の猟師さんで、最近も山に行っていた話をされてました。
I had Kumasoba.
The soup stock and fat from the bear meat were so rich and delicious.
Bear meat has no odor and has a firm chewy texture.
It was also excellent to put bear meat on the garnished rice and sprinkle it with juice.
The master is an active hunter, and he was told that he had been to the mountains recently.

近くに山の駅(道の駅的な)や六日町通り商店街(古民家カフェやかわいい雑貨屋などがある)もあり、とても良いです。
味はピリ辛で、ご飯がついてくるのでスープを浸して締めに食べるのに最高！
熊の油のせいなのか、全然冷めず熱々です！

There is also a mountain station (like a roadside station) and Rokukamachi-dori shopping street (there are old folk house cafes and cute general stores), which is very good.
The taste is spicy and it comes with rice, so it's perfect for dipping the soup and eating it at the end!
Maybe it's because of the bear oil, it's hot at all!

くりはら田園鉄道栗駒駅跡に停めて１分くらい歩くしか無い。
店に入るとイノシシやクマがお出迎えしてくれる。
くま蕎麦と聞いて臭みが強いのではと思って舞茸蕎麦にしてしまったが、食った友人曰く臭みは殆ど無く、スパイシーでかなりうまいとの事。
次行ったら食ってみたい。
No parking lot.
There is no choice but to stop at the site of Kurikoma Station on the Kurihara Rural Railway and walk for about 1 minute.
Wild boars and bears welcome you when you enter the store.
When I heard that it was bear soba, I thought it had a strong odor, so I chose Maitake soba, but my friend who ate it said that it was spicy and quite delicious.
I want to eat next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猟師さんが営む飲食店、と聞くとなんだか荒そうなイメージを持ちがちですが、ご主人もお母さんも丁寧で優しそうな方でした☺️
写真は名物の熊そばです。普通のそば･うどんもあるようでした。
ネギと唐辛子がいいアクセントで美味しかったです！
熊肉も臭みが全く無くて食べやすかったです。
残ったアツアツのつゆをご飯にかけて2度楽しめました?

The photo is the famous bear soba. There seemed to be ordinary soba and udon noodles.
The green onions and chili peppers were delicious with nice accents!
The bear meat had no odor and was easy to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熊そばを食べました。ライス付きです。肉にはクセはあまり感じられず旨味が強い印象でした。甘めの汁に肉の脂が油膜のように浮いている濃い一杯でした。また食べたくなるような中毒性が強いです。経営のご夫婦はご高齢の為いつまで続けれるかわからないですよ。と仰っていたのですが、是非とも長く続けて頂きたいと思わせる味でした。
I ate bear soba. Comes with rice. I didn't feel much habit in the meat and it had a strong taste. It was a thick cup of sweet juice with the fat of the meat floating like an oil film. It is also highly addictive and makes you want to eat it. I don't know how long the management couple will be able to continue because they are old. It was a taste that made me want you to continue for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was curious about bear meat and decided to try their bear soba. Compared to the normal soba, it is quite oily and exploding with umami! The best soba I’ve ever tried. The place is quite old and dusty since it is only run by the old couple.
