初訪問でしたが人気老舗店なので満席。先にオーダーしてやがて空いた席を案内されて待つ仕組みでした。 蕎麦はかなりの太麺、海老天一尾だけだが大きい。タレは出汁が効いた飽きのこない甘系。駐車場は裏手にもあります。

相変わらず人気店のようです。 駐車場はお店の隣と少し離れた場所にもあります。 入店して先に奥のレジで注文してから、着席します。 コロナ対策で伝票の裏に名前と連絡先を記入します。 カウンター席もパーティションで仕切られてます。 天ざるの天ぷらは大きいエビだけ。 そばはうどんのような太さ。 昔はもっとそば粉が強かったと思うけど、ちょっとあっさりしちゃったかも。 汁も甘め。 いろいろ特徴的なお店です。

ん〜前食べたときに比べると味が落ちたような感じですかね。ほぼうどんみたいな蕎麦なので、さらしなが好きな人には合わないかな。頼んだのは天もりでしたが、大きめの海老天がひとつ。でも3分の1はコロモが占めてた(笑)。珍しさもあり、たまに食べる分にはいいかな。
Hmm, it feels like the taste has dropped compared to when I ate it before. It's almost like udon soba, so it's not suitable for people who like bleached noodles. 新蕎麦の香りを楽しめるかとネットで調べてでかけました。喉越しを楽しむタイプでは無く腹ごたえ云々との書込みに少しばかり「んっ」とは思いましたが老舗蕎麦屋さんの事ですからさぞかし美味い新蕎麦を味わえるかと100キロの道のりを走りました。お店な超繁盛で先に新蕎麦ならば矢張り大モリの注文を入れて暫く外で待っていざ出てきたのは太く長く食べ難い代物、新蕎麦の香りがしないうどん粉の香り〜 汁は甘い 超が付くほどガッカリの代物、これは蕎麦じゃ無い蕎麦色した饂飩だよ.... 最後に食べきれずに残しては悪いと袋に入れて帰りましたが一本の麺が1メートル30センチありました。 話題にはなるね〜

片道80kmをかけて、平日にも関わらず、駐車場が混んでいました。店に入り、天大もり(1380円、海苔が欲しい方は天ざるを注文してください)を注文して、20分待ってたら蕎麦が運ばれてきました。見た目が太くて白い、うどんに間違われても無理もありません。海老天の海老は腹開きにされこんがりと揚げられて、サイズにインパクトがあります。つゆは、紅葉おろしにネギがついてます。甘辛いつゆに思ったよりも遥かに長い蕎麦をつけて一口いただきますと、一番粉の優しい蕎麦の香りが口の中で広がり、次々と蕎麦が消えていきます。海老天ブリブリで、油の芳ばしい匂いが蕎麦によく似合います。非常に美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。また行きます。

蕎麦はうどんの様でした。つゆはにんべんのつゆみたいに甘辛いです。うどんの長さは1mほどあります。天ぷらは油っこく感じました。写真以上に盛りの多さ、麺が太いです。
The soba was like udon. The soup is as sweet and spicy as the ninben soup. Udon is about 1m long. The tempura felt oily. The noodles are thicker than the ones in the photo.

We got there 10 minutes before the opening time but the seats were already full. You first place your order in the back of the restaurant near the cash register and get a number which they'll call out as they bring your food to your seat. Also, don't be shy about sharing a table with a stranger. Due to limited space you're likely to be day wherever there is an opening. I have never seen soba as thick as the soba from this restaurant and each noodle is super long. The noodles are chewy and the taste is mild. The dipping sauce was too sweet and too strong for my preference, however. Overall, I found it a very unique soba noodle shop.
