★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店と同時に入店、食すまでに10席ほどの客、近くにラーメン屋が多いのに客が多いのは人気店からか。醤油ラーメンを注文、少し醤油辛いが好みによる。チャーシューは味付けが足りない感じ。

そしてこのチャーハンの味
まさに‼️まさに‼️
希●望●軒のラーメンの味だ‼️‼️
倉敷にあった希●望●軒は行きつけのお店だったが2018年7月をもって閉店となってしまった
店によってラーメンのスープの味が異なる為倉敷店の味は消えてしまった…とそう思っていた
だがとある雑誌を見ているとこのラーメン屋が載っており見覚えのある盛り付けやスープの色。そしてメニューの内容。
そしていざ入店して食すとそれは確信へと変わった
目を瞑って食べれば倉敷のあのラーメンにいるような。そう錯覚させるくらい同じ味だった
"うまい"
そしてなお感動した
今日はこのラーメン屋に出会う為だけに存在したんじゃないのかって思うくらいに‼️
幸甚な一日になった
ずっとこのお店が続いてくれる事を切に願っております

The taste of the ramen soup differs depending on the store, so the taste of the Kurashiki store has disappeared ... I thought so.
However, when I look at a certain magazine, this ramen shop is listed, and the familiar arrangement and soup color. And the contents of the menu.
And when I entered the store and ate it, it turned into conviction.
If you close your eyes and eat, you'll feel like you're in that ramen in Kurashiki. It tasted the same as it made me illusion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九州とんこつらーめんAセットチャーハン並をいただきました^ ^とんこつスープは業務用？かなって感じの無難なとんこつスープでしたが味はしっかりしています、麺は極細博多麺ハリガネでお願いするとあのポキ感が楽しめますよ、バラチャーシューはトロトロのジューシーで美味しかったです^ ^
チャーハンは少しラードのにおいが気になりましたが、パラ感ありのものセットでのお値段は頑張ってらっしゃるかな(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)とんこつ専門店のとんこつと比較すると少し物足りない印象になりましたが、お店の雰囲気も良いし次は他のらーめんもお試ししようかなって気にさせてくれました(=´∀｀)

しっかり目の濃い辛めの味噌スープに中太ちぢれ麺、多めのネギ、もやし、チャーシューは薄め３枚くらい、肉味噌っぽいもの、ゴマたっぷりと、良い構成。
曜日日替わりでサービスが替わり、今月の水曜は替え玉か替え飯２つだった。
替え玉頼むと、チャーシューが１枚乗ってきた。
コレは嬉しい。
コスパ重要視の自分にとって、これだけでも来る意味はある。
忙しかったので替え玉１つだけで帰った。
リピートするかも。

黒とんこつラーメン750円をいただきました。この日が替麺&ライス食べ放題でお得だったので☆4にしました。たくさん食べる方におすすめです。
