t	takuto honda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イメージどおりの長浜ラーメンが出てくるお店。麺もバリカタで頼めばちゃんとバリカタで出てくる。 (バリカタで頼んで硬めくらいで出てくる店って多いですよね) スープの味・風味も良いし、替え玉をタモで丼まで運んでくれる店はなかなか無いですよ。欲を言えば、もう少し豚臭くてもいいかな～。不思議なくらい、豚の臭さがスープにも店内にも無いんすよね。あと、キクラゲつけてくれれば完璧。トッピングでもいいので(^o^;) A shop where you can find Nagahama ramen just like the image. If you order noodles in Balikata, they will come out properly. (There are a lot of shops that come out with a harder shape when you order it in Balikata.) The taste and flavor of the soup is good, and there aren't many restaurants that can bring the replacement balls to the bowl. Speaking of greed, is it okay if it smells a little more like pig? d	daodao 888 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーソドックスな長浜ラーメンです。スープは見た目ほど濃い感じもなく、癖も臭みもないとんこつラーメンなので、女性にも好まれる味ですね。そのためか、家族連れが多い印象です。麺はストレートで、かなり量があります。大盛りだとお腹一杯になります。替玉は¥130です。（2020.4月現在）高菜はテーブルに置いてあり、無料で好きなだけ入れることが出来ますが、辛めなので少しづつ調整していれることをおすすめします。チャーシューは豚肉の美味しさを加工せず、そのまま出す感じです。脂と肉の美味しさがストレートに伝わってきて美味しいです。テーブル席のほか、小上がりもあり、店は座席数はかなりあります。しかし駐車場は座席数に比べて少し小さめな印象があります。 2021.03.03 昼に利用しました。いつもは土日利用しているのでお客さんでいっぱいですが、平日の昼はそれほど混み合っておらず、コロナにビクビクせずに食事が出来て良いです。前回は味が薄いなと思ったのですが、卓上のラーメンタレで味を調整したり出来るので、自分好みのスープになって良かったです。以前感じたよりも美味しかったので、評価を１つ増やします。 It is an orthodox Nagahama ramen.
