★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネタは良くても、すぐに注文画面には「お待ちください」の表示が。
混んでる時間でもないのに。
他のチェーン店ではまずこんな経験ありません！
(他チェーンで昔あった)直接レーンの職人さんから作ってもらうシステムの頃の方がこれより早かったと思いました(笑)
しかも接客が雑。平日午後のスタッフが足りてないし一部スタッフキレてるのかってぐらいに愛想もない。
サービス面で気になったのは、お手拭きや醤油皿が各テーブルにない事です。分かりやすい場所にお手拭きがないのは、このご時世いかがなものでしょうか。
まあ本部からの指示なんでしょうけども…こういったこともこちらのお店自体のサービスで挽回しようとか考えないんですかねぇ。
とにかくもう行きません!

I have never had such an experience at other chain stores!
I thought it was faster than this when the system was made directly by a craftsman in the lane (which used to be in other chains) (laughs).
Moreover, the customer service is miscellaneous. There aren't enough staff on weekday afternoons, and I don't even think that some of the staff are sharp.
In terms of service, I was concerned that there were no hand towels or soy sauce dishes on each table. How is it in this age that there is no hand towel in an easy-to-understand place?
Well, it's an instruction from the headquarters, but ... I wonder if I'm thinking about recovering from this with the service of this shop itself.
Anyway, I won't go anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衛生面は安心。しかし混んでいる時の待合スペースは今時心配。家族連れの方や、複数人来店の方は予約OKまで車の中で待つとか考えて欲しいし店側もそうした指示をすべき。
Hygiene is safe. However, I am worried about the waiting space when it is crowded. If you are traveling with a family or multiple people, please think about waiting in the car until the reservation is OK, and the store should give such instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜のランチで伺いました 機械操作が苦手で混雑の時間帯にセルフ会計など手間取って若い男性の店員に舌打ち2回されました。私が悪いとは言え聞こえる舌打ちはいかがなものでしょうか？
食事はおいしくいただき満足だったのですが、前回も女性店員の態度が怖かったのでしばらく行けそうにありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味玉軍艦を頼んで、食べていたら途中で糸を引いたのでよく見てみると大嫌いな納豆が混入していた。
それを返品し、また新たに同じものを注文して食べていたら今度はまた、大嫌いなとびこが混入していて食欲が失せた。どうして同じ人に何度も、よりによって大嫌いなものが混入されたのか…？
1品注文するとすぐに、只今込み合っておりますの表示になり、注文出来るようになるまでに何分も待つ、の繰り返しで、自分のスマホから注文出来るようになっていたが、全く意味無し。貼ってあるメニュー表にわらび餅が載っていたから注文しようと思ったが、タブレットにもスマホにもわらび餅が見当たらなくて、店員さんに言ったら表示された。まさか表示するの忘れてた？
レーンも空の皿ばかりずっと流れていた。一体何人で調理してるのかと不思議だった。まさか調理場、一人じゃないよね？
茶碗蒸しも、具がカニカマだらけであまり美味しくなかったし、びっくらポンは何回挑戦しても全く当たらず残念だった。

In the lane, all the empty dishes were flowing all the time. I was wondering how many people were cooking. You're not alone in the kitchen, right?
The chawanmushi wasn't very delicious because the ingredients were full of crab sticks, and it was a pity that the surprised pon didn't hit at all no matter how many times I tried.
