K	K風太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三日坊主の私が珍しく続いている理由は、自分のペースで出来るから、ですね。たま～に、ご夫婦、友人同士等で結構な声でおしゃべりしながらトレーニングしている方も見られますが。独りで黙々とやりたい方には合ってると思います。女性用の更衣室・シャワー室のエリアが、看板で示されてるだけで誰でもフリーに入れます。夜間に女性独りで行くのには、ちょっと躊躇すると思います。（一応、監視カメラがありますが、男性が女性エリアに入っても、緊急ボタンが押されなければ警備員は来ないそうです）職員が居ない20時～翌日11時に行く時は、事前に着替えて行くことをお勧めします。消毒用のウェットティッシュ（？）は水分が多く、拭いた後しばらくは濡れていてシートなどはすぐに座れません。気になる方は、個人的に乾拭き用のタオルとかあると良いと思います。 The reason why I'm a three-day priest is that I can do it at my own pace.
