深めの器に丁寧にシャリを積め、その上にゴマ等を敷き込みます。
その上にネタを敷き詰めてもらうのですが。
ランチにこれだけ綺麗にやってもらえる所はあまり無いですね。
見た目もきれいですが、ネタも美味しい！
ちょっと感動したのが、マグロ。
聞いたところ、本マグロの赤身のようです。
しっかりしたマグロの味に白身の魚とタコ、イカ、ホタテ、厚焼き玉子が会う！
写真取り忘れましたがアサリのお味噌汁付きです。
全体的にコスパ高くておすすめ
