★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日はいつも人が多いのであまり行きませんが、久々(←数年振り)に行ったら品物(小物類)が充実していて、似たような品物でしたら他のホームセンター等よりも安いものもあり、使い勝手も良さそうな商品ばかりでした。

ミスだらけで取り付けられなかったのに、返品は一切受け付けず、負担は全部客持ち。
なんのために設計図まで事前に渡したのか。
お客様電話相談も有料回線で一切苦情を受け付けてくれない。つまりそういうお店ということ。
I ordered a house curtain here and was disappointed by Nitori.
Even though I couldn't install it because of all the mistakes, I didn't accept any returns and I had to bear all the burden.
Why did you hand over the blueprints in advance?

1週間で2度来店したが、カーテンは送料がかかると言われたのに、次回来店した際は全国どこでも無料とのこと。
どちらが正しいのかわからない。
店員に聞きたい事があったので発券して待機してても全然来ない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の新生活で必要な物を買いに行きました。キャンペーン中だったようで、家電を必要金額以上買うと配送料無料でした。割れ物等は配送不可でしたが、それ以外の物は同梱で送ってもらいました。生活必需品は１式揃うので、助かります。
