★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居前に大家へ支払わなければいけない請求書が振り込み期日当日に届いたり、入居翌月分の請求書（大家はピタットハウスに入居前の書類として送付済み）は最後まで届かない（そもそもピタットハウスから入居者へ翌月分まで口座引き落としではなく振り込み払いであるとの説明すらなし）など、仲介する気が0のピタットハウスのブランドイメージを著しく損なう店でした。
Invoices that must be paid to the landlord before moving in will arrive on the day of the transfer, and bills for the month following the move-in (the landlord has already sent to the Pittat House as documents before moving in) will not be delivered to the end (from the Pittat House to the tenant in the first place). It was a store that would significantly damage the brand image of Pitat House, which has no intention of intermediating, such as not even explaining that it is transfer payment instead of direct debit until the next month).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピタットハウス自体が悪いのか、担当者の女性が柔軟性ゼロだったのかは分かりませんが、とにかく他の不動産屋さんがとても良く感じました。
以下特に気になった他の不動産屋さんとの違いです。
部屋選びに関して
・ピタットハウス：大家さんとの交渉してくださいと言ったら、変更NG。
他の不動産屋：管理会社との内見後でも、変更OK。
・各不動産の良し悪しを教えてくれないし、アドバイスゼロ。
その他
・支払いは、スターツのクレジットカードでの支払い。
(無駄にクレジットカードを作らなければならない)
I don't know if the Pitat House itself was bad or the woman in charge was inflexible, but anyway, other real estate agents felt very good.
Below are the differences from other real estate agents that I was particularly interested in.
Regarding room selection
・ Pitat House: If you ask me to negotiate with the landlord, change is NG.
Other real estate agents: Changes are OK even after a preview with the management company.
・ Does not tell me the good or bad of each real estate, and no advice.
Other
・ Payment is by Starts credit card.
(You have to make a credit card in vain)
