公式アプリDriveonをインストールしていたので少しお得に給油しました。
アプリのイベントでくじ引きやプレゼントがもらえることもあるので楽しみもあります。

最初どこに停めていいかわからず、空いているところに停めたので歩いている店員さんと目があったので挨拶と停車位置がここでいいか聞こうとしたところ無視。やな感じだな、と思ったところその店員が担当。
電話で予約した際に、空いてるので１時間しないくらいで見積もり出せますということだったのに、予約時間に行くと入庫が重なっているから預かりで良いすか？と。
預かりとはどういった状態か尋ねると、店内で待つのではなくどこか出かけてもらって１時間半とか２時間くらいしたら戻ってきて欲しいと。車も無い状態でどこいろと…それにまずこちらが尋ねる前に、その説明をするべきでは？
店内で待っている間も、他の店員に対してキツイ言葉怒っており嫌な雰囲気でした。車検日が近いので仕方なく利用しますが、次回は利用しないです。
