★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約までは何処も親身になるものなので、大事なのは入居後のアフターフォロー。冬に凍結して水が出なくなり、店舗に連絡するとコールセンターを案内されたが繋がらず。コールセンターは稼働日時に制限がある為、気をつける必要あり。その後エイブルさんが色々と動いてくれて、翌日も気にかけて連絡をくれました。
今回の一連の流れと、これからの活躍と期待を込めて星4で。

It froze in winter and no water came out, so when I contacted the store, I was guided to the call center, but I couldn't connect. Call centers have restrictions on the date and time of operation, so you need to be careful. After that, Mr. Able moved in various ways and contacted me the next day as well.
With 4 stars with this series of flow and future success and expectations.

他の不動産会社と比べて店員の清潔感と安心感が全然違います。フリーレントについても、他の不動産会社さんは聞いてみますね〜止まりでしたがエイブルさんは付けてくださったり、内見してる最中もその物件の良いところと修繕が必要な箇所もちゃんと教えてくれました。 また次家探しするとしてもエイブルさんにお願いしたいと思います。
駐車場がもっと停めやすければなおよしと言うところですがそれ以外は期待以上です。

Compared to other real estate companies, the cleanliness and security of the clerk is completely different. As for free rent, other real estate companies will ask about it ~ It was a stop, but Mr. Able will attach it, and even while I'm inspecting it, I will tell you the good points of the property and the parts that need repair. For me. I would like to ask Mr. Able even if I look for the next house again.
It would be nice if the parking lot could be parked more easily, but other than that, it was more than expected.
