★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年利用して退室した時いろんな ことでめちゃくちゃお金取られた。まだ 1階に住んでたので干物盗まれたこともありました。レオパレスは全然おすすめしない。。。。。
 When I used it for half a year and left the room, I was taken a lot of money for various things. I still lived on the first floor, so the dried fish was stolen. I don't recommend Leopalace at all. .. .. .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レオパは業務が集約されて営業所が少なくなってる。ゆえに遠方からわざわざ鍵の受け取りに行かなくてはならないのが超絶めんどくせえ。そのくせ駐車場無しはありえない。近くのコインパーキング代も自腹。色々ありえない。法人契約でなければ絶対入らない。
Leopa's business is concentrated and the number of sales offices is decreasing. Therefore, it is extremely troublesome to have to go to pick up the key from a distance. There can be no parking lot. The nearby coin parking fee is also self-sufficient. There are many possibilities. If it is not a corporate contract, you will never enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常に対応が後手後手です。入居した物件もエアコン、浴室乾燥、テレビと立て続けに故障。まとめて話したのに一個手配したら他は忘れる始末。会社の転勤でエリアで割り振られてしまうから選ぶ事はできないから運がないと思って諦めています
The response is always behind the scenes. The property that I moved in also broke down in quick succession with the air conditioner, bathroom drying, and TV. I talked about it all together, but if I arrange one, I forget the others. I'm giving up thinking I'm out of luck because I can't choose because it will be allocated in the area due to the transfer of the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電化製品は、変えてもらっても中古なので壊れ易いです、叉2日前位からテレビのアンテナがおかしく連絡入れたが今だ工事来ません、最悪です

最初からこちらの話しを否定するような話し方をされ、他のレオパレスの家賃などを聞こうとしましたが
「多分無いと思います」
思いますじゃ困ります、きちんと調べてください。
家賃についての相談をしようと思いましたが止めます。
10年レオパレスを利用してきましたが、退去しようと決心させる程の対応。
明日の今日で他の不動産で物件を探し始めました。
電話対応した男のスタッフは若めの声でしたが名前は憶えていないですが、他にも酷いスタッフばかりなのだろうか？
