個人的な感想はともかく、水上で60年余お店を構えておられる実績から、ネタ、味、技に間違い無い。
お値段もこの場所でこの内容と考えると決してお高くはありません。
お酒も日本酒と焼酎の種類は十分な取り揃え。但しお酒は値段が札には書かれていないので、ちゃんと聞いてからご注文を。

何を食べても美味しく、唐揚げも絶品です。
お寿司も山の中とは思えない鮮度と技巧でもてなしてくれます。鯵刺身は鮮度だけでなく、谷川水で締めてるので更に美味しいです！

お店全体に清潔感もとてもあります。お手洗いもとても綺麗。
初回は上寿司をお願いしましたが、どのネタも新鮮で綺麗、とても美味しかったです。お寿司はもちろん、おつまみも手の込んだ逸品が日々更新されていて、なにもかもがとても美味しいお店。茶碗蒸しやその日の煮付け、天ぷら、お造り、卵焼きなど、それにちょうどいいお酒も沢山あって、お店の方の気配り、心意気、丁寧さを感じるお店です。また行きたいです！
