★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイルマッサージは人生初体験でした！
指圧は点による解しで気持ちよさはありますが、指圧の強度に依存しがちなので解決に向かわない悩みもありました。
指圧は、なんだろ、、気合入れるのに、レッドブル飲まないとやる気になれない、みたいな依存性。
リラフルさんは血流や筋に沿ったオイルマッサージなので、点ではなく線で、身体中に流すイメージ。指圧に慣れてる人からすると物足りなさもあるかも？
病院で長年勤務されてた方が施術してくれるので、人体に合わせた施術。終わった後は身体全体が温かくなりました(^^)
また、基礎体温を上げ、血流をより循環させるためにも腹部のマッサージもいつか受けてみたいと思います！
最後に、曖昧だったリンパについての知識や今後自身でできるセルフメンテナンスについても教えてもらう事ができたのでとても勉強になりました！あれこれ聞きすぎてすみませんでした！笑

Shiatsu is a point-based solution that makes me feel good, but I also had a problem that I couldn't solve it because it tends to depend on the strength of acupressure.
What is Shiatsu? It's a dependency that you can't get motivated unless you drink Red Bull.
Riraful is an oil massage along the bloodstream and muscles, so the image is that it flows through the body with lines instead of dots. It may be unsatisfactory for those who are accustomed to acupressure.
Those who have worked at the hospital for many years will perform the treatment, so the treatment is tailored to the human body. After that, my whole body became warm (^^)
Also, I would like to have an abdominal massage someday to raise the basal body temperature and circulate the blood flow more!
Finally, I was able to learn about the vague knowledge about lymph and self-maintenance that I can do myself in the future, so it was a great learning experience! I'm sorry I heard too much about this! Lol
