でも、駐車場と繋がっていなかったので また1階まで戻り駐車場に戻ったのですが、いまだに どうすればよかったのか よく分かりません。
カートのままでは荷物は運べない。階段を使うしかないので とても不便だと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欲しい商品があって場所がわからなかったので、最初４階のプリンターコーナーに居た黒渕メガネの女性店員に聞いたら、該当場所まで案内されましたが店員に「ここなんじゃないですかね～～」って投げやりに説明され、店員さんはすぐに逃げるように別の場所に行ってしまいした。案内されたコーナーには該当商品がまるで無くて違う場所でした。
解決しなかったので、レジに居た別の男性の若い店員に聞いたら、一階と４階にたくさんありますよ～～って丁寧に教えてくれまして、行くと品揃えは確かに豊富で満足した買い物が出来ました。若い店員さんはプロだなと感じました。店員さんも人間ですから様々居るでしょうから仕方ないですが、接客しているからにはああいう投げやりな接客態度はお店の顔として良くないと思います。よく教育してください。次に期待します。

販売員さんは対応がとても良かったのですが、配送が最悪！
実家では渡したリサイクル券(個人情報が書いてある)を失くされ、自宅では後ろがへこんだ物を設置されました(ホースを直したいので前に動かしたところ発見)。
実家のリサイクル券の控えを差し替えたいから、都合の良い日を教えてくださいって言われたので義母に確認して都合の良い日を伝えたのに当日来ず。
連絡をすると、忙しくて行かれなかったのでまた都合の良い日を教えてくださいとのことでした。
個人情報を失くした上に、指定した日に来ない連絡もないというのは信用ができません。
追記
洗濯機は新しい物と交換していただきました。
その時のスタッフさん(2人)はとても丁寧に設置していただき、排水ホースなども希望の長さで設置してもらえました。
実家のリサイクル券は日程の調整の3回目でようやく差し替えにきてもらえたようで良かったです。

The washing machine was replaced with a new one.
The staff (2 people) at that time installed it very carefully, and they also installed the drain hose etc. with the desired length.
I'm glad that the recycling ticket for my parents' house was finally replaced after the third adjustment of the schedule.
