★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼にもつ煮込み定食をいただきました。八丁味噌だと分かっていましたが、やはり少し濃いめの味付けでした。半熟卵を崩すと少し変わりますが、個人的にはもう少しあっさりしていた方が好きです。煮込み自体は柔らかくて美味しかったです。ただ1200円という値段は割高な印象でしたので、それであれば煮込みの具や量を増やしたり、明太子や高菜などのご飯のお供食べ放題など検討して欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に入店しました。メインを決めたら小鉢を2つ選ぶスタイルです。ご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり自由。黒酢の酢豚を食べましたが豚肉にこだわっているので値段と相応な感じです。店内は綺麗で女性が好きな感じの清潔感があります。
値段をもう少し抑えればかなり流行るお店になると思います。

お店側の手順として、はじめに注文して、定食であれば小鉢を二品選べます。
ご飯とお吸い物は、セルフでお代わり自由です。
私はバラキムチ定食を食べました。
味付けは甘めのキムチです。
豚バラはあつめにきった脂身9割のお肉です。脂の旨味が好きな人には、しっくりくると思います。
私は赤身が多いほうがいいな。

着丼まで12分程か。ボリュームは有ります。
生姜焼きですが煮込んだような生姜焼きです。
その場で調理した感じがしない。作り置きしているのか。キャベツが添えてあるが茶色に変色している。ドレッシングは酸味が強い美味しくない。
客は若い人が多い。ライスとスープが食べ放題なため若い人には人気があるようです。価格設定が高く
少食の人は割高感があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在武藏小山這邊看起來蠻新的店。炸豬排很厚，油脂挺多但很柔軟。燉豬肉也很好吃。定食的價格偏高，但飯和湯可以無限續。建議可在門口的菜單上，放入圖片。接客態度非常好，沒有其他評論說的差。
This shop looks quite new in Musashi Koyama. The tonkatsu was thick and oily but soft. Braised pork is also delicious. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくオープンして気になっていたので行ってきました。一番の印象は注文してから提供されるまで２５分くらい待ちました。。。もう少し早ければなぁと。トンカツは美味しかったので少し残念です?定食だとお惣菜を二点選べます。お値段は少し高めでした、ご馳走様でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近出来た話題の店。そそられるメニューが沢山ありました。店内雰囲気良し、接客も悪くなく、クリンネスも行き届いてました。
チャーシューエッグを頼みましたが値段が高い、、、肉のボリュームを考えると普通なのでしょうが1800円の定食だと味をもっと尖らせてほしい気がします。味に特徴が全く無いです。
まとまった味付けになっていました、、1300円くらいが妥当な気がします。
次回他の料理も食べてみます！
