じゅうじゅう焼きは間違いなくご飯が進む味！鉄板からの音ともうもうと上がる水蒸気でビジュアルもいい感じでした? ご飯、大盛りにすれば良かった…
ただ、スープは好き嫌い分かれるかなあ、と。薄味だし何か奇妙な香りがするし、個人的には好みではありませんでした?
餃子は格別旨い、というほどではなかったかな、という感じです。
じゅうじゅう焼きが汁気多いので、スープ要らないから、大盛りご飯と漬物だけならまた行きたいかな?

じゅうじゅう焼きは脂っこいイメージでしたが、食べてみるとさっぱりで、セットのスープも薄味です。一緒に餃子を注文する人が多かったので、次回は注文します。
It is located between the A1 and A2 entrances of Togoshi Station on the Asakusa Line, and faces the second Keihin (National Highway No. 1). It is near the Tokoshi entrance of the Metropolitan Expressway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近場で食事を済ませた後に同行者が「あっ、そう言えば行きたいお店があった」と行き着きましたのがじゅうじゅう焼きで有名な千徳@戸越さんです。戸越銀座商店街からは若干離れ、都営地下鉄戸越駅すぐ、第二京浜道路に面しています。カウンター8席ほどの小ぢんまりとしたお店。店主さんはかの東中野の有名店「大盛軒」ご出身だそうです。豚のスタミナじゅうじゅう焼き、あるいは牛じゅうじゅう焼き、ご注文は大体この二択に絞られます。お腹は適度に満たされていましたのでスタミナじゅうじゅう焼き単品800円と餃子390円をいただきました。ものの数分ほどでジュワジュワと鉄板で焼き上がるじゅうじゅう焼きが着皿。とても食欲をそそる香り、常連さんはすぐにタバスコをドバドバとかけるそうですが、デフォルトのお味を試したく、まず一口、この秘伝の企業秘密の甘ダレがキャベツ豚バラ肉韮人参をうまくまとめて焼いた香ばしさと相まって非常に美味しいです。タレはゴマが効いているのかな？ここでタバスコをたくさん投入、タバスコの辛味酸味がタレの甘味とマッチして大変美味しい。これは癖になりますね。そしてこのお料理は単品でいただくものではありません。ご飯はマストですね。最高のおかずだと思います。スープはラーメンスープ醤油の優しいお味。餃子は韮の味が効いた平均的な餃子のお味でしたね。これはお腹を減らしてガッツリいただきたいお店ですね。CP良好接客はご夫婦でしょうか、甲高い声で元気な接客のお姉さん、店主さんもしっかり接客。素晴らしいお店です。一つ疑問点が。ハラペーニョソースが全く辛くなかったのは何故でしょう？まあそんなことも忘れてまた伺うでしょう！ごちそうさまでした。美味しかったです
