着席したテーブルには調味料が不着
吹き残しで濡れていて不快だった
到着した肉挟む用トングには
汚れが付着していた
また、日曜の17時ちょい前に
入店だったが、フロアに出ていた
男二人の態度が凄く不快だった
不機嫌そうに、上から口調で
何様のつもりなのかとイライラした
17時以降、女性スタッフや店長らしき男性が
入ってかるは良くなったが…
あの男性2人は本当に要らない

肉は、全て丁寧にそして大事に大事に、みょうばんとグルタミン酸に何日もつけ置き？して下さった、とってもとっても柔らかいお肉。
焼くと、肉汁ではなく、お肉に含まれた水分がじゅるじゅると出てくる。勿論、口に入れると、丁寧な仕事を感じる肉内に残った水分が、口いっぱいに広がる！
厚切りタンも勿論同様、包丁も丁寧に入っているので実にたべやすい！牛タンの香りや独特の脂感を切り捨てると、ここまでできるのだなあーと、お店に関心！！
この街は、いろいろ意味で、ハイレベルな店が多い。。

あと、生搾りレモンサワーやグレープフルーツサワーが美味しい◎¥530で、レモンもグレープフルーも丸1個出てくるのが良心的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent local yakiniku place with lots of variety. Been there few times, recommend the meat platter, go for the more premium cut because it includes beef tongue and better taste.
We also had the seaweed rice, kimchi platter, egg soup and gyuhige special salad.
They come and change the grill once in a while so you can cleanly grill!
