The cow procession is a must-see. Compared to other farms, you can interact with cows closer. Cheeseburgers made with jersey beef are thick and delicious. I want to go again. The view from around the ranch is also good.

I usually visit at work. It's been 30 years since I first went there, but the road has become much wider and the pavement has been renewed, so it's easy to visit. If you want to interact with animals in family service, this is the place to go. The soft serve ice cream of Ja-ji beef is excellent ❗

Today, I went to Kouzu Dairy Farm. About 30 km from Shimonita Interchange. The road is also uphill, so it took a long time. As soon as you arrive, you can interact with rabbits, goats and sheep, and you will feel at home. After that, we had lunch at the cafeteria. I ordered curry rice. He said he used jersey milk. It was written as medium spicy, but it had a mild taste with little spiciness. My partner is meat udon. This is using jersey beef. Somehow the meat is rumbling and it's not the meat udon I know! I got a piece of meat, but the meat was chewy and the taste was soaked. Let's eat this next time. After having lunch, after 13:00, an announcement was made that "a line of cows would come". This is what I was most looking forward to today. A public road runs through the ranch, and many cows return to the barn on this public road without any particular guidance. There was a staff member at the back, but the cows walked home without any particular instructions. It's amazing. I ate soft serve ice cream on my way home and it was delicious again!

When I first climbed the mountain road by car, I could see many cows grazing. I went there around noon, so I bought a cheeseburger at the shop and ate it. Although the price was reasonable at 600 yen, it was about the size of a Mac with patties and cheese made from Jersey beef. When I ate it, the taste of the meat and the richness of the cheese in my mouth, and the tomato sauce brought it together refreshingly, it was very delicious. Above all, I felt that I was receiving a life, and I enjoyed it while thinking that I was very grateful. There were also curry, meat udon, and teppanyaki. We also sold sweets made from jersey cow milk for souvenir cheese and yogurt. Speaking of ranch, soft serve ice cream! That's why I also ate soft serve ice cream. I had eaten the soft serve ice cream at Kouzu Dairy Farm because it can be eaten at restaurants near the prefecture (such as at the roadside station), but when I ate it at the ranch, I felt the taste of milk rather than sweetness, and it was different. It was delicious. There was a march of cows, and I could see them returning from the ranch, but it was fun because each cow had a different face and I could see them nearby. After that, I was allowed to mix cow's milk squeezing with children while I was old (laughs), but I got a glass of milk for 500 yen each time. If you do as you were told, you will get milk and it will be interesting! However, the manual work is difficult, so I experienced it while feeling familiar. I also took a walk with sheep and goats. And it was good here! That's because the toilet at the back of the shop was very clean. It's quite important. If you're with a family, there are probably not enough things to play all day long, but I thought it would be just right to stop by the nearby Arafune Onsen and take a relaxing bath. (smile) I think you can go by car, so we recommend getting off at the Shimonita Interchange, stopping at the roadside station, going to Kouzu Dairy Farm, having lunch, and soaking in the bath in Arafune no Yu. The mountain roads along the way are snowy roads this season, so if you are not confident in driving, we recommend the snow-free season. There were a lot of Jersey cows and I could see the line after 13:00. In winter, it seems that there was a short distance from the nearby ranch to the milking ground, and there was no road line. I got hot milk at the shop.
