良いと思ったのは、いくつもの物件を出したにも関わらず一つの物件に対してメリットデメリットをちゃんと伝えてくれた所です。
あとお店の中はアットホームな感じで良かったです。

LINEでやりとりできるのが楽だし、繁忙期だったのに返信がいつも早かったです。
似たような物件をたくさん見て混乱している私のために一旦事務所で整理する時間を作ってくれたり、内見もとても丁寧に回ってくれました。
アドバイスが的確でちゃんとプロの視点でアドバイスをくれました。もちろん押し付けは一切なく。
とても良い担当さんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eki Mae Home in Musashi-Kosugi was incredibly helpful to us. As a foreigner in Japan entering a real estate agency can be very stressful but Narumiya San was patient enough to find us the perfect place.
Not only help us found our beloved appartement for 3 years, they helped us in many administrative task (without speaking any english).
I strongly recommend their expertise.
