★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小杉駅からもほど近く、ちょっとした手土産を買うには便利な立地です。角にあり、自転車を停めてちょっと買うというのしにくいですが、入り口はいつも開いていて入りやすく季節折々装飾も変わるので良いと思います。
 Close to Musashi Kosugi Station, it is a convenient location for buying small souvenirs. It is in the corner and it's hard to stop and buy a bicycle, but I think it's good because the entrance is always open and it's easy to enter and the decoration also changes from season to season.

閉店30分ほど前で店には客が私しかいなかったが、早く店を閉めたいからなのか、閉店作業をしはじめた。早く帰れオーラがすごく、落ち着いて商品を見られなかった。
菓子折りに熨斗紙をお願いしたら、名前を入れてもらえなかった。(確認もされなかった)
普段はデパートやモールで買っているからホスピタリティの差にびっくりしたのかもしれないが、贈答用のお菓子を売るお店なら熨斗紙の取り扱いは確認してほしかった。
二度と買いにいかないと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロングセラーのナボナを、お土産として買います。たまに覗くと、新しいクリームのバージョンが出ていて、これが楽しみです。ナボナは、歯の悪い年配の方から子供まで、幅広い年代の方に贈って喜ばれるお菓子です。
ただ残念なのは、閉店間際に行くと、店員さんの接客が非常に雑。急いで閉店処理をして、一刻も早く帰りたいという態度が、ありありと分かる接客でした。
I will buy a long-selling Nabona as a souvenir. Occasionally I peek at a new cream version and I'm looking forward to it. Nabona is a sweet that can be given to people of all ages, from people with bad teeth to children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに訪れたら店内が様変わりしていた。シャトレーゼに吸収されたせいか商品構成も変わり、以前の和菓子屋特有の落着きと、上品さが薄れてしまった。シャトレーゼ自体は悪いとは思わないが亀屋万年堂のイメージで来店したのに、これでは親会社の印象を悪くすることに気付かないのが痛い。
When I visited for the first time in a long time, the inside of the store had changed. The product composition has changed probably because it was absorbed by Chatrese, and the calmness and elegance peculiar to the former Japanese confectionery shop have diminished. I don't think the chatrese itself is bad, but I came to the store with the image of Kameya Mannendo, but it hurts not to notice that this makes the impression of the parent company worse.
