天ぷらは揚げたてでサクサクで定食の小鉢もなかなか美味しくて
良かったよ
店の中も雰囲気も落ち着いて

海老がプリプリで美味しかったです！
80歳は過ぎているだろう店主がカウンター内で天ぷらを揚げてくれます。
店内の内装も落ち着いていて、美味しく食事ができました。
味噌汁が不思議な味です。
夜の時間帯にも来てみたいです。

塚本駅前の天ぷら屋さんが割烹居酒屋にリニューアルされたとの噂を聞き行ってみた。
前に訪問したのは6年ほど前だったかな？久しぶりの訪問となりました。
けっこう高級な天ぷら屋さんだった記憶がありますが、知人によれば少しカジュアルになったようです。
とは言えワインレッドのオーダーキッチンに一枚板のカウンターで大変高級感のある内装にカジュアルさは感じません。

ほおおずきの装飾を施したお通し、何とも美しいですなぁ(*´ω｀)
調理をするのは年配の大将おひとり。
この日お店はほぼ満席でかなり大変そう・・(汗)
隙を見て注文します、、
まずはお造り。
縞鯵と剣いかの２種をお願いしました。
これまた美しい盛り付け。
鮮度、お味も申し分なく大変美味しいです。
田楽、甘過ぎずお上品な味噌と白ゴマの香ばしさがベストマッチ。
最後は天婦羅。
専門店ではなくなったものの結構な種類のネタを扱っていて、1個から揚げてもらえます(*‘∀‘)
わたくしはとうもろこしをチョイス。
大葉のお皿にもろこしを乗せてカウンターの目の前で揚げます。
甘みが強く、大葉の風味も相俟って大変美味しい天ぷらでした。
今回は1品アテを注文したが、会席料理や鍋料理も充実しているので接待にも向いている店でしょう。
また利用させて頂きます。

However, the wine red custom kitchen with a single plate counter does not feel casual in the very luxurious interior.

I asked for two types of striped jack and swordtip squid.
This is also a beautiful presentation.
The freshness and taste are perfect and very delicious.
Dengaku, the best match is the elegant miso that is not too sweet and the aroma of white sesame.
The last is tempura.
Although it is no longer a specialty store, it handles quite a variety of ingredients, and you can fried from one (*'∀').
I choose corn.
Place the sorghum on a plate of perilla and fry it in front of the counter.
It was a very delicious tempura with a strong sweetness and the flavor of perilla.
I ordered one dish this time, but it is also suitable for entertaining because it has a wide variety of kaiseki and hot pot dishes.
I will use it again.
