そば粉は白そば(一番粉、更科粉)使用との事、店内やテイクアウトでも
いなり寿司や巻き寿司、バッテラなどもメニューに有ります。
お出汁も安定した美味しさ。季節ごとのメニューも出されてます。

卵とじ蕎麦とかやくご飯の定食です。
お出汁はカツオ風味で昆布の効いた大阪のうどん屋さんとは少し違う旨さを感じます。
お蕎麦は更科蕎麦の様な真っ白でコシのあるお蕎麦になっています。
また、かやくご飯はあっさりした薄口で食べやすく男性はおかわりが欲しくなるかもしれません。
卓上に醤油が無いのでお漬物には最初からたっぷり醤油がかかってくるのは残念ですが、これで¥580はコスパも良いのではないでしょうか。

助六、助八、助十のある昔なつかしいメニューです。ちなみに助六は歌舞伎の「助六」の情婦、揚巻（あげまき）から「きつね」と「巻き寿司」。あとはこじつけで、助八がバッテラにきつね。助十がバッテラに巻き寿司。
もちろんお蕎麦も美味い。細巻が「細巻」らしいのもうれしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リーズナブルなお蕎麦とお寿司のお店です。出汁の取り方やお蕎麦のゆがきかたなど、丁寧な仕事には頭が下がります。
特筆すべきはランチの箱寿司、押し寿司の良さがでており、しかも800円でお蕎麦付き。すごくお得な気分です。
It is a reasonable soba and sushi restaurant. I am sick of careful work such as how to make soup stock and how to distort soba noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まあまあです、でも近くに蕎麦屋少ないし、たまに少し食べるのにちょうどいいです、冬なのに入口が開きっぱなしで寒いですが、そんな時は鍋焼きうどんで温まるのが良いと思います。
It's ok, but there aren't many soba restaurants nearby, and it's just right to eat a little once in a while. Even though it's winter, the entrance is still open and it's cold, but in that case I think it's better to warm up with nabeyaki udon.
