店の愛想は平日に訪れましたが、普通でしたでしょうか？（笑）
トッピングにあるニンニクやマーラー油を入れると、味の雰囲気を変えられますので、低価格な割には楽しめたと思います。
麺の硬さは聞かれませんでしたが、僕的には好みのバリカタな仕上がりでしたので満足です。
豚骨ラーメンと餃子を合わせて頼みましたが、餃子の焼き上がりのタイミングに合わせてラーメンを作り始めてましたので、なかなか今時にないこだわりをお持ちの店主に感じました。
焼きたての餃子に、マーラー油を乗っけて喰うと、なかなかに乙な味。
次来る時には素直に大盛りで注文しておこうと思います。

I did not hear the hardness of the noodles, but I was satisfied because it was my favorite finish.
I ordered pork bone ramen and gyoza together, but since I started making ramen to the timing of grilling of gyoza, I felt it was a shopkeeper with a certainty that is quite unusual at the moment.
When I eat Marula oil on freshly baked gyoza, it tastes quite delicious.
I will try to order in large quantities honestly next time.

I had dandan noodles. It was rich and not too spicy and very delicious. It was an order to add toppings to the base ramen as you like, and the reasonable price was also good.

先客は職人さんっぽい3人組1組のみで、平日とはいえ、時間帯的にかなり寂しい状態なので少し心配になりました。
賢蔵ラーメン醤油と味噌
唐揚げ単品、餃子単品でお願いしました。
どれも特徴的な何かがあるわけではないけど、美味しかったです。
おネギは机の上に置いてある分は足して食べても無料ですが、それ以上オカワリと思ったら100円かかるみたいです。
結局食べ終わるまで、お客さんが増えることはなかったので、不思議に思って口コミ見たら、店長の態度が悪いなど接客でのマイナス評価が多いのが原因みたいですが、私は何一つ不愉快な思いはしなかったです。
