★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone hoping for an excellent work out with thoughtful, helpful staff, this is the right place for you. There is little English guidance, but every staff member I've have spoken too was appreciative and helpful when approaching a new workout machine and answered all my questions. Whatever my concerns were, they were immediately addressed. I had specific goals in mind for my training, and the staff was attentive and crafted a workout plan to match my goals while also adding a necessary level of challenge to keep the training rewarding and fresh. The monthly fee may be high, but if you're concerned, start a trial and see if it's a good fit for you, then consider joining on a monthly basis. Cuore is a world apart from your basic community gym. You get amazing medical care coupled with first class workouts. I highly recommend this fitness center.
