★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて数ヶ月経ちました。ホットジムをやりたくて始めましたが、色々なプログラムもあるので、気に入っています。
ヨガの種類も豊富で、強度高めから、軽めと色々ありました。
タオルが貸し出し無料なのと、ボトルを購入（1650円?）する必要はありますが、水も無料なのも持っていく持ち物を減らせていいです。
もともと通っていたジムが浴槽のあるタイプだったので、シャワーであることはやや寂しいですが、シャンプーもガシガシになるタイプではないですし、ドライヤーも風圧がしっかりしている割と有名なメーカーのものであるのも個人的に評価高いです。
3階建なので、移動は階段を使わないといけないですが、運動になっていいと思います。
マシーンも一般的なものは大体あると思います。
気に入らなければ辞めようと思って入会しましたが、とても良かったので、通い続けたいです。

The gym I used to go to was a type with a bathtub, so it's a little lonely to have a shower, but the shampoo isn't the type that makes me sick, and the hair dryer is from a well-known manufacturer for its strong wind pressure. It is also highly evaluated personally.
Since it is a three-story building, you have to use the stairs to move, but I think it's okay to exercise.
I think that there are many general machines as well.
I joined because I wanted to quit if I didn't like it, but it was so good that I want to continue going.
