The inside of the shop is beautiful and clean, and it is a cozy shop. I used to go for men's nail care, but when I realized that the staff's polite customer service and skills were wonderful, I started going every week lol I go to filing once a week, men's nail care once every 3-4 weeks, and Parisienne and Avi once every 4-6 weeks. Recently, I've been going to the affiliated Bandai store, so I'm indebted to that as well. It's a shop that is easy for men to enter, so it's a recommended shop!
北	北川智子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高い技術で持ちが良いので、毎月ハンドジェルの付け替えでお世話になってます。過去にネイルショップを転々としてきましたが、こちらは断然スピーディーです！更にフットケアやまつエクも同時施術できるので夏は助かってます。スタッフの皆さんもお話が上手で楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらってます。 Since it has a high level of skill and has a long life, I take care of it by changing the hand gel every month. I've been to a lot of nail shops in the past, but this is by far the fastest! In addition, foot care and Matsue Eku can be performed at the same time, which helps in the summer. r	r io on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネイルレッスン3回コースに参加しました。3回で22000円でネイルの基本が学べるというので期待して参加しましたが、仕上がりは写真のような感じで、2本オフされ、1本ネイルして頂き、もう2本は来店時のままのすごい爪で帰されてしまいました。左手も同じような感じです。結局家に帰り、全部やり直ししなければいけないので嫌になり、2回目3回目の受講はキャンセルしたいと申し出ましたが、返金はできないとの一点張り。教えてくださる時も、わたしがジェルを塗っているときは、見てくれなく、次の準備をしに行ってしまったりで、あまり教えてくれる感じではなかったです。見本を見せるだけって感じですかね、、。クレーマー扱いされてすごく嫌ですが、できることなら返金して欲しいです。期待していただけにとても残念でした。 I participated in 3 nail lessons. I participated with the expectation that I could learn the basics of nails for 22,000 yen in 3 times, but the finish looks like a photo, 2 off, 1 nail, and the other 2 are the same as when I came to the store. I was returned with a great nail. The left hand feels the same. After all, I got home and had to redo everything, so I didn't like it, so I offered to cancel the second and third classes, but I couldn't refund. Even when I was telling me, when I was applying the gel, I didn't see it and went to prepare for the next one, so I didn't feel like telling me much. It's just like showing a sample, isn't it? I hate being treated as a complaint, but I would like a refund if possible. I was very disappointed because I expected it.

But the store not very clean especially the sofa … And they have very few options of nails design to choose . Price not cheap but work not done well . I choose the manager to do for me which have 16years experience? But her attitude was so so .And she was violent when she remove old nail gel ,few times the machine had hurt my fingers. Although her work do very fast only spend 75mins ( usually I do nails in other place they took around 120mins ) and the gel dust goes everywhere … The point is nails not do well , not smooth color not fully covered . It was a very bad experience I don’t know if the manager just not like foreigners or the store just like that . It’s not good service compare with other stores in Japan I think . I would never go again . After 7 days two of my nails’ gel broken and open ….? at least it should lasts for 2-3 weeks ! Super unhappy !
