r	riri i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの会社で家を建てました。親身になって話を聞いてくれて、対応が良いのは家を建てるまで。アフターフォロー体制がなっていない。家を建てた後のことなどどうでもいいらしい。約束を忘れていたという理由で２度もドタキャン。こちらがお願いしていた内容とは違う業者・商品が来る。不具合が出て困っているのに、何か質問してもその場をしのげばいいという対応。後日原因を調べようという態度が感じられない。家は建てた時がゴールではありません。長い付き合いになる会社であるはずなのに、建てた後の対応が悪いなんて不信感しかありません。こんな思いをするくらいならここで家を建てなければ良かったと後悔しかない。 I built a house with this company. They listened to me kindly, and the best response was until I built a house. There is no after-sales follow-up system. It doesn't matter what happens after the house is built. I slammed twice because I forgot my promise. A vendor / product different from what we requested will come. Even if you are in trouble because of a problem, you can ask any questions and just get out of the way. I don't feel the attitude to investigate the cause at a later date. The goal is not when the house is built. It's supposed to be a company that we have a long relationship with, but there is only distrust that the response after building is bad. I regret that I shouldn't have built a house here if I had such a feeling.
