It is the only station in Funabashi City on the Hokuso / Public Corporation Line. There are many old public housing around the station. If you proceed a little from the station, you will hit National Route 16.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北総鉄道の千葉ニュータウン中央駅の次の駅が小室駅です。改札口からロータリまで階段もしはエレベーターの通路でコンビニエンスストアのファミリーマート側に出られます。
Komuro Station is the next station after Chiba New Town Chuo Station on the Hokuso Railway. Stairs from the ticket gate to the rotary If you can take the elevator passage to the FamilyMart side of the convenience store.

トイレは綺麗です。
悪い点 (-2)
まあでも、評価が厳しくなるのは仕方がないですね、電車の本数にも少し不満を感じますがそれはどうにもならない。
あと、唯一の良い点のトイレですが、極端に狭すぎて身動きが取れない。

白黒写真は昭和55年(1980年)開業から1年程。
駅前交番は立て替え後2019年12月運用開始。
ここ数年、徒歩圏の宅地造成が進んでいる。
京成グループ北総鉄道のハイパー高運賃の改正が望まれます。(2022年10月に値下げしますね)
駅前のスーパー跡地にリブレ京成作ったら⁉️ って書いていたら2021年に松飛台駅下に出来ましたね。
