★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小室駅セレモ裏から新興住宅地にまだ造成している前から建っています。グループホームですから、認知の低下したお年寄りが入居されています。いずれにせよご老人と施設とのマッチングですから部屋は綺麗です、職員は〇〇ですといってもマッチしなければ意味がないので、内覧されたし。来訪者用駐車場が1台あります。二階建てで1階が若干足が弱った方、二階はその逆。ワンルームでクローゼット一上に上着下は天馬のタンスを置いて、室内はベッド起き上がりスイッチあり。残りのスペースはテレビ置いたり、追加のタンス置いたり仏壇置いたりしている人がいました。エアコンと洗面台がついて、明かりは調光でした。
