★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日2度目の来訪。前回はつけ麺、今回は旦那イチオシの坦々麺に。
その旦那が２辛で物足りなかったと言うので3辛オーダーして外で待つ。すると店主の方が来てくださって、3は２の倍どころじゃないから、辛味を別に付けるのでそれ足しながら調節した方が美味しいと思うとアドバイスして下さって?
そうして食べてみました。
坦々麺、とーってもとーっても美味しい！カシューナッツ、ザーサイがいい味出してる?私好み。さて辛さは…私はやっぱりも少し辛いほういいなーと、別添えして頂いた辛味を半分くらい足してみました。美味しい！！
たしかに3辛にしなくてよかったε-(´∀｀*)ホッ
アドバイスして下さってありがとうございます?また行きます‼️

The husband said that he wasn't satisfied with 2 spicy so I ordered 3 spicy and waited outside. Then the shop owner came and advised me that 3 is not twice as much as 2, so I will add spiciness separately, so I think it is better to adjust while adding it ?
Then I tried to eat it.
Tantan noodles are very delicious! Cashew nuts and Zha cai taste good ? I like it. By the way, the spiciness is ... I thought it would be better if it was a little spicy, so I added about half of the spiciness that was attached separately. delicious! !!
Certainly I didn't have to make it 3 spicy ε- (´∀ ｀ *) Hot

女性二人共200gをあっさり食べてしまいました
ただ残念だったのがつけ汁の味の濃さ
あまりにしょっぱくて 二人共ほとんど麺をつけて食べることが出来ませんでした
麺が美味しかっただけに本当に残念です
たまたまだったのでしょうか？
それと厨房の近くの席だったので
厨房内がかなり雑然としていて清潔な感じを受けませんでした
お急がしいのでしょうね

美味しかったです。
ホルモン入れると風味変わっていいです。

券売機で購入して店員さんに案内されて席に 15分位かな 待って 来ました✨
見た目うまそう(￣￢￣)✨
麺は太麺の平打ち麺 200～300g選べます
で300g頼み麺自体コシ有りでプリプリ❗
つけ汁は醤油ベースの甘口の塩気強めの味
チャーシューもかなり濃いめの塩気が強い味だが食感は最高に良い✨
油と甘味と塩分が全面に出てくるので この味好きな人にはたまらない味ではないでしょうか?
今度は他のラーメンも頂いてみましょう！

チャーシューが炙ってて美味しい！
醤油もあっさりで深みがあって最高！！
大盛りもいいけど普通盛り＋ライス50円でもいいかも！！

他のクチコミどおりしょっぱいです笑
個人的には許容範囲だったので、こういう味もあるのだなぁと勉強になりました。
先にスープ、麺、時間差で唐辛子が着丼。
スープ：シャビシャビめのしょっぱいスープに油が浮かんでいる感じ
ネギとかひき肉とかいっぱい入ってます
麺：太めの平麺ですがスープが絡みにくいのでは？？
チャーシュー：良い感じの脂身です
牛ホルモン：文句なし！
レモン：いらなかったかも
黒酢(テーブル備付)：入れるべきかも
店内は綺麗とは言えませんが…
BGMが全部ZARDだったので耳が幸せでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve given 5 stars as this was really good ramen. In the picture the soup looks dark but it is not too salty - it is perfect. Quality of the chashew pork was great as well.
I do have some advice for the owners. The ramen was great and the staff were cheerful and friendly. I suggest improving the interior of the shop to match the great food and staff. There were cardboard boxes everywhere, frames that were hanging on the wall were not straight and the music was terrible.
