★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベトナム料理店から「車」というラーメン屋へ。さらに屋号を変えてリニューアル。店内やメニューに大きな変更はなし。目の前の王将が日曜休みのため、こちらを利用。出汁をきかせた週替わりメニューの中華丼は美味しかったが、他の麺類などは特筆に値せず。個人店なのだから、ホール担当の男性はもう少し愛想を良くし、気配りを磨くべき。シェア用の皿などは都度都度要求しないと持ってきてくれない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで。炒飯定食を注文しました。餃子3個と漬物、スープ付き。定食なのになぜかバラバラと持ってきてくれます。
炒飯は薄味のとってもみずみずしいしっとりタイプ。餃子は肉汁出る系で美味しかった。
カウンター席に置いてある本のチョイスが謎すぎ。
At lunch. I ordered a fried rice set meal. 3 dumplings, pickles and soup. Even if it is a set meal, it brings it apart for some reason.
Fried rice is a light and moist type with a light taste. The dumplings were delicious with meat juice.
The book choice on the counter seat is too mysterious.

2020年7月にOPENしたばっかりの新店です。
巣鴨・駒込あたりに新店が出来たら必ず最近は行くようにしてます 笑
煮干し醤油麺に半炒飯セットを注文！
まずラーメンは煮干し臭さはまったくなくて、この海藻がええアクセントになります。
ラーメンに海藻ってあんま見んかったら新鮮でしたー！
僕的にはラーメンよりチャーハンがめっちゃ好みでした。
パサパサ系ではないけど焦がしにんにくかネギが入っとると思うけどええ匂いします 笑
ここの場所は入れ替わりが激しいので是非頑張って欲しいなと。

First of all, ramen has no sardine odor, and this seaweed is an accent.
It was fresh if I didn't see seaweed in ramen!
For me, I really liked fried rice over ramen.
It's not dry, but I think it contains charred garlic or green onions, but it smells lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駒込駅前商店街の中にある吾郎ラーメンの看板メニューは煮干し醤油。
たいへんあさっりとした醤油味で、比較的油分が少ない分、煮干しの風味もしっかり感じられる。
最近はこってり系ブームなのか、鶏ガラや豚骨をベースにした味が多く、油脂のコクで満足感を得るものが多いが、ここは少しでも軽いめのーメンを食べたいという時にはちょうと良い。
煮干しと醤油の組み合わせは、やはり軽い味わいの方が良く合うと思う。
