鉄	鉄道王 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄桜山駅から歩いて２分ほどの場所にあるパン屋さん、休日の午後に利用してみました。小さな店内ですが３０種類近くのパンが並んでいました。種類も食パンやバケット、あんバターにブリオッシュ、メロンパン、カレーパンといった定番のものをはじめ、炊いたごはんを練り込んだごはんパンなどなど創作的なおもしろいパンもいくつもあってどれも魅力的ですね。その中からラムレーズンミルク、パールショコラ、カレーパンの３点を購入、ラムレーズンミルクはふっくらしたパンに自家製のラムレーズンクリームがサンドされています、このクリームがしっかりとラムの効いたレーズンが入っているオトナの味わいですごく好みですね、コレはかなり美味しいです。パールショコラはふっくらしたココア生地の中には濃厚なチョコクリームがたっぷり詰まっています、上に乗っている粒チョコのサクサクっとした食感も良いアクセントになっています。そしてカレーパン、生地のカリッとした感じはあまりないですが中にはぎっしりとカレーが詰まっています。このカレーにはかぼちゃが入っているのが特徴的、かぼちゃの存在感が結構強く出ているので口にした時は辛さはほとんど感じないですが、後味としてスパイシーな風味が口の中に残りますね、なかなかおもしろい味でした。ほかにも気になるパンがいろいろとあったので近くに来た時にはまた立ち寄ってみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。 I used it on a holiday afternoon at a bakery located about 2 minutes on foot from Sakurayama Subway Station.
