★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一言で言えばどのコーヒーもかなり深煎りです。（浅めのも深煎り）
ただ個人的に浅煎りの酸味強い系は嫌いなので丁度いいです。
豆は少量でも気楽に買えるのが良いですね。
美味しく飲んでもらいたいという店主の心意気＆コダワリを感じます。
でも威圧感などは全く無いです。
 In a nutshell, every coffee is quite deep roasted. (Slight roasting)
However, I personally hate lightly roasted sour systems, so it's just right.
It's good that you can easily buy even a small amount of beans.
I feel the store owner's willingness and Kodawari to have him drink deliciously.
But there is no feeling of intimidation.

My favorite coffee bean shop. Attentive work is good and coffee is delicious. I am looking forward to a morning cup brewed at home.

チーズトースト、シナモントーストが絶品。
I love the coffee here.
I used to use it once a week because I used to live in the neighborhood.
Cheese toast and cinnamon toast are excellent.

マンデリン(500円)、チーズトースト(470円)、くるみとクリームチーズのパウンドケーキ(420円)を注文しました。
コーヒーとセットで50円引きでした。税込価格です。
一番濃厚なマンデリンにしてみました。
ちょっとの苦味があり、飲み込んだ後にほんのーり酸味を感じました。
チーズトーストはチーズたっぷりで嬉しい。
なんかハーブが入っているのかな？口の中で香りがプラスされて美味しいです。
パウンドケーキは、程よい甘さで美味しいです。
生クリームはほぼ甘さ無しでケーキに合います。
コーヒーにも合います。

I ordered mandelin (500 yen), cheese toast (470 yen), and walnut and cream cheese pound cake (420 yen).
It was a 50 yen discount with coffee. It is a tax-included price.
I tried to make it the richest mandelin.
It had a slight bitterness and I felt a slight acidity after swallowing.
Cheese toast is nice with plenty of cheese.
Does it contain some herbs? The scent is added in the mouth and it is delicious.
Pound cake is delicious with just the right amount of sweetness.
Fresh cream goes well with cakes with almost no sweetness.
It goes well with coffee.

個人的にはジムランコーヒーさん、カジタさん、ここ、吉岡コーヒーさんが名古屋で美味しい珈琲が飲めるおすすめのお店だと思っています。
以前はモーニング営業していた様ですが現在はモーニングはありません。
豆のみの販売と、喫茶営業日では時間が異なるので、イートインしたい方は注意が必要です。
来店する前にホームページなどでチェックしてから行く事をお勧めします。
It is a delicious coffee specialty store that ranks high in Nagoya. The atmosphere is quietly drinking coffee only at the counter, so it is not suitable for talking with friends.
Personally, I think Jim Run Coffee, Kajita, and Yoshioka Coffee are recommended shops in Nagoya where you can drink delicious coffee.
It seems that it used to be a morning business, but now there is no morning.
Those who want to eat in should be careful because the time is different between the sale of beans only and the coffee shop business day.

カウンター席7席のみで、シックでこじんまりとした店内。
男性店主がお一人で営業されてました。
珈琲屋さんということで、注文は8種類程あるストレート珈琲からマンデリンを選択。
ハンドドリップで淹れられた珈琲は、マンデリン特有の苦みだけを主張せず、バランスの取れた飲みやすい珈琲でした。
珈琲のお供にしたクルミとクリームチーズのパウンドケーキは、甘さ控えめでしっとり感のある味でした。
今回頼みませんでしたが、あまり見掛けないインド豆のストレート珈琲があり、次回の楽しみにします。

There are only 7 counter seats, and the interior is chic and cozy.
The male shopkeeper was open by himself.
As a coffee shop, I ordered Mandelin from about 8 types of straight coffee.
The coffee brewed by hand drip was a well-balanced and easy-to-drink coffee that did not claim only the bitterness peculiar to Mandelin.
The walnut and cream cheese pound cake that accompanied the coffee had a modest sweetness and a moist taste.
I didn't ask for it this time, but there is a straight coffee of Indian beans that I rarely see, so I'm looking forward to the next time.
