★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通のらーめんより喜多方らーめんの方が美味しかったです。らーめんはあっさりチャーシューで喜多方らーめんはトロトロチャーシューでした。麺も細麺と太麺で違います。
Kitakata ramen was more delicious than ordinary ramen. Ramen was a light pork and Kitakata ramen was a rotoro charu. Noodles are also different for thin and thick noodles.

スープが濁っていて、自分が知ってる喜多方ラーメンっぽくない感じです。
I received Kitakata char siu pork.
The soup is cloudy and it doesn't look like Kitakata ramen that I know.

喜多方らしい手揉みのちじれ麺、あっさりしたスープ、ネギとメンマだけのシンプルなラーメンです。
チャーシューは5枚。薄切りですが味はしっかりしていて、口の中でほろほろと崩れます。
昔ながらの食堂らしい雰囲気で、おかみさんが常連さんと話していたり、昭和の光景が残った店でした。

おばあちゃんが個人で営んでいるラーメン屋。
カラオケ屋のとなりにありますよ
席数は少ないです。
喜多方チャーシュー麺を注文
あっさりというか、しょっぱく無くて私の好みには合いませんでしたわ
コーヒーがおすすめのようですがラーメンの後にコーヒーは少しキツイ気がして注文しませんでした。
