他店から嫌われるほどの酷い対応。
安かろうは悪かろうとはこのこと。
期待はしてないけど管理会社である以上は誠意を持った対応をさせるつもり。

電話対応もよく待たせる。折り返すと言われても３日４日後が当たり前のようだ。折り返すと言われたらいつ頃ですか？と聞いた方が良い。
契約業者（クリーニング）もデタラメ感が否めない。
この不動産屋と業者間の報連相が全くできていなく、こちらから全て１から話さなければならない。
この分だと契約違反もありそう。契約書をよく読み会話も録音しておいた方が良いかもしれない。
こんな対応でやっていけるのかと驚いた。
