★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三井住友信託銀行の新宿西口支店の出張所としてコンサルティングに特化した形の店舗として設置されたコンサルプラザ調布です．感覚的なものではありますが，他の信託銀行に比べていろいろと新しいことにチャレンジされているように感じました．
信託銀行というと，あまり普段お目にかからないところかもしれませんが，昨今は遺言信託や教育信託など高齢者から子育て世代までもしかすると利用者がかなり幅広くなってきているのかもしれません．
当方は少々込み入った相談で伺いましたが，財務コンサルタントの方をアサインしていただき，打ち合わせをいたしました．かなり細かいところまで議論することができた一方で，無料コンサルティングの限界も感じたところですので，法令等の絡むような相談（税金の細かい話や信託法の内容等）については，いわゆる士業（司法書士，税理士，弁護士等）に相談した上で，実現可能性を財務コンサルタントと相談するというような方法が良いのかなと感じました．
なお，財務コンサルタントの方との打ち合わせ等が必要かどうか含めて，事前に予約をしてから伺うのが良いように感じました．
こちらの店舗は「コンサルティング」に特化していることもあり，三井住友信託銀行の現金自動預け払い機（ＡＴＭ）の設置がないことには注意が必要です．三井住友信託銀行に限らず，信託銀行系は店舗も少ないですし，ＡＴＭの設置も限られています．大抵の場合は系列の銀行やコンビニＡＴＭなどと提携しています．
「コンサルティング」に特化しているこちらの店舗は，いわゆる一般的な銀行業務と思われる事項もあまり行っていない，相談業務を中心とした店舗であることにも注意が必要です．

Not limited to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, trust banking systems have few stores and the installation of ATMs is limited. In most cases, we are affiliated with affiliate banks and convenience store ATMs.
It is also necessary to pay attention to the fact that this store specializing in "consulting" is a store focusing mainly on consultation work, which is not done much about matters considered to be so-called general banking business.
