い	いときょん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検診で検診センターへ３度、要受診となったときにＭＲＩの撮影で病院の方へ１度お世話になった。検診センターは広くて綺麗で、案内スタッフも医療スタッフもテキパキとしていてとてもスムーズ。一度、胃の内視鏡検査を受けたが、何もわからないうちに終わっていてびっくり。問診のドクターは二人いらして、男性ドクターは丁寧に診てくださるが、女性ドクターは聴診器あてておしまい。子宮がん検診のドクターがとても丁寧な先生でよかったが、室内冷房効き過ぎで寒すぎた…（今回初めて真夏に行ったせいか？）ＭＲＩ検査で行った際は、後日電話があり、撮影方法に不備があった（必要な撮影ができていなかったらしい）とのことで、再検査に呼び出された。 I went to the medical checkup center three times for medical checkup, and when I got a medical visit, I took care of the hospital by taking MRI imaging. D	DAIchun Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月利用建て替えられて綺麗になりましたね。って言っても古いとき一度も利用したことはないのですが… 発熱したのでコロナかな？と思い診察を受けました。普段お世話になってる医者が発熱した患者を受け入れないので大変助かりました。最初の電話の際に対応してくれた方が丁寧で安心して向かえました。診察待ちは隔離されましたが会計待ちの際は他の患者と一緒だったので会計待ちの際に体調悪そうな人が居たら離れた方がいいかもしれません。近くに調剤薬局が何軒かあるのでそこまで不便ではないけど大型の病院は薬の受け取りも纏めて出来るといいなってやっぱり思ってしまいますね。近々別の科でお世話になるのでよろしくお願いします。
か	かど松 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんの評価があまり高くないので期待せず検診を受けてみた。キレいな設備、素敵な受付のお姉さん････「ん？全然悪くないぞ？？むしろ凄くいい！」と思っていたのだが、検診を実際受けてみて何故評価が高くならないのかが分かった。受付のお姉さん達は接客のプロだが、検診スタッフは検診のプロであって接客のプロではない。それを具体的に感じるのは『検診に慣れ過ぎて超早口』www　混んでるので早く処置等を終わらせたいのは理解出来るのだが、矢継ぎ早に色々言われても「は？」と聞き返したくなる。嗚呼、これじゃないかな････全く不満のない設備施設なのに評価が高くならないのは。ほとんどのスタッフがそんな感じで、それが普通なのだろう。だらだらした病院よりは余程ましだが、行き過ぎるとちょっとね。だんだんスタッフから一方的に何か言われることが疎ましく感じ、こちらの返答もぶっきらぼうになっていく。何だろう････慇懃なんだけどどこか機械的で無理矢理やらされてる感(苦笑)　どこで検診を受けてもこんな感じなのだろうが、そこをクリア出来る病院であれば高評価に繋がるかも？病院関係者の方の目に触れ、少しでも改善していただけたら嬉しいです。 Everyone's evaluation is not so high, so I went to the examination without expecting it. モ	モナカ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が2週間入院させて頂きました。ご担当いただいたお医者様、看護師様、スタッフの皆様にたいへん良くして頂き、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。この病院の素晴らしいところは、患者の精神面にまで気を配ったケアをしている点で、こんなに配慮が行き届いた病院はそうないと思います。入院の際に「愛称」「故郷」「趣味や楽しみ」などを記入した用紙を提出したのですが、そこまで考えて患者に接してくれるのかと感動しました。コロナ渦で、どこの病院でも面会が制限されるこのご時世、入院前は「母がひとりで不安を感じないか？」「寂しい思いをしないか？」など精神面でのダメージをとても心配しておりました。しかし、入院中に母からかかってくる電話の声が日に日に生き生きしていくのを聞いて、ホッと胸をなでおろしました。これこそが、調布東山病院が理念としている「その人らしく、人間らしさを大切にする」の言葉の意味だったんだと感じました。退院の日に再会した母は、身体だけでなく心まで元気になっている状態でした。お医者様、看護師様、スタッフの皆様と母が慣れ親しんだ挨拶を交わす姿を見て、皆様の温かいサポートへの感謝の気持ちで胸がいっぱいになりました。調布東山病院のみなさま、本当にどうもありがとうございました。
