最悪です。
 I received a phone call from the company, but the tax office asked me for my name. Why do I have to use my full name because it's just a receptionist? ?? If you don't mind, the name below. I said no, but I was forced to say it.
It's the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NISAを銀行で申し込んだ際、税務署から過去にNISAを申し込んでいるから適用出来ない旨の連絡が来て相談しました。とても丁寧に必要書類や申請窓口など教えて頂きました！すごく感じ良かったです。男性の方でした。
When I applied for NISA at a bank, I received a message from the tax office that I had applied for NISA in the past and could not apply it. He kindly taught me the necessary documents and application window! It was very nice. It was a man.

職員さんの対応は概ね良かったと思います。
麹町といいながら、場所が麹町(最寄りは九段下)でないため、混乱される納税者がいらっしゃいました。

I think the staff's response was generally good.
Although it is called Kojimachi, some taxpayers were confused because the location was not Kojimachi (the nearest station was Kudanshita).

いつ行ってもまあまあ混んでます。
About 3 minutes walk from Kudanshita.
Chiyoda Ward, Kojimachi Tax Office here, or Kanda Tax Office will be in charge.
It's pretty crowded every time I go.
