★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 椛ラテチョコ（写真）と甘酒を頼みました。 甘酒と甘ったるいものが苦手な方にはおすすめしません。
アイスも食べたかったのですが、ホットのフロートはできないということでナシに。甘酒は甘くて美味しいです。
椛ラテは、甘酒とミルクが入っています。コーヒーは別メニューです。
甘いというか、甘ったるい感じ。美味しいですが喉に来ますね。マドラー等でよく混ぜるのがおすすめ。
店員さんは少し無愛想というか、冷たい感じでした。好き嫌いが別れるタイプ。でも優しくて、気遣いのある方でしたよ。

非常に飲みやすくて甘酒が苦手な人でも美味しく飲めそうな味なのですが、想像以上の甘さで、キャラメル追加したのは大失敗でした。
余程の甘党でない限り、トッピング追加するなら甘くないものをおすすめします。きな粉とか。

It is very easy to drink and even people who are not good at amazake can drink it deliciously, but it was sweeter than I imagined and adding caramel was a big mistake.
Unless you have a lot of sweet tooth, I recommend you to add toppings that are not sweet. Kinako or something.

関係ないですが、お店の奥に日帰り温泉(大人800、子供400円)があります。
You can eat delicious soft serve ice cream on the relaxing sofa.
It doesn't matter, but there is a one-day hot spring (800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children) in the back of the shop.

甘いけど甘過ぎず、コクっていうんですかね、他のソフトクリームでは感じられないうま味、満足感がすごいです。
なんちゃら牧場のソフトクリームとかも濃厚で美味しいし、好きなんですが、個人的にはここのソフトクリームが一番です
越後湯沢駅はいろいろ楽しめる駅ですが、絶対ここのソフトクリームは試してみて欲しいと思います。
東京とかにこのお店あったらバカ売れするんだろうな、といつも思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always grab a koji softserve here every time I'm at the Yuzawa station. It's smooth, not too sweet, and tastes very natural. I like it without toppings to enjoy it's pure taste.
There's a sitting area behind the shop front.
