y	yo na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前予約2人でお邪魔しましたお店の方の対応も大変素晴らしく料理も大変美味しく頂きました中でも魚野川で取れた鮎たいていのお店ではヒレの部分に多めの塩がまぶして有り塩辛さがここの板さんはとても試行錯誤されて居ると思われ降り塩のバランスが素晴らしい何処の部分を食しても塩辛さを感じない鮎の旨味が生かされてますここまでたどり着には並々ならぬ努力が甘露煮？もよそのお店の物とは別格今まで味わった事の無い仕上がり何処のお店も此が甘露煮ですと言える甘口しょっぱい味付け好みは分かれると思いますがとても美味しく頂きました又ゼンマイの煮付け極太どくどくの歯応え素材を生かした味付け美味しかつたです予約時鮎御飯御願いした所大きな釜で炊き込むので少しの量では無理との事で残念でしたが何と当日お話しの有りました鮎御飯ですとさりげなく出して頂き有り難う御座いました?今年は鮎のシーズンもそろそろ終わりとの事又来年御伺いしたいと思います?
