★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚沼市でどうしても鰻が食べたくて調べました。温泉宿で食べたかったのでテイクアウトで。鰻は大きくふっくら、皮が美味しいのは本物の証。ご馳走さまでした。
I searched in Uonuma City because I really wanted to eat eel. I wanted to eat at a hot spring inn, so take out. The eel is big and plump, and the delicious skin is proof of the real thing. It was a feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会席料理が本職なのか、ある程度作り置きした物をとりあえずまとめた感じで、味はまずい訳ではないですが、作りたて感を全く感じませんでした。唯一おひつのご飯が炊きたてで美味しかったです。
料理はさておき、スタッフの対応に改善が必要かと思いました。いつもなのかは分かりませんが、混んでいないにも関わらず、店に入っても誰も出てこないし、呼んでもなかなか出てきませんでした。加えて下膳がそのままになっている席が多く、席に着くまでに時間がかかりました。後から入って来た客も全く同じ対応で、皆すいませーんと何度も何度も呼んでました。注文も会計も同様です。もう少しスムーズに客の対応をしないと、それだけで避けられてしまうので、改善して頂ければと思います。
Perhaps my main job is kaiseki cuisine, I felt that I had put together some of the things I had prepared for the time being, and although the taste was not bad, I didn't feel that it was freshly made. The only rice I had was freshly cooked and it was delicious.
Aside from cooking, I wondered if the staff's response needed improvement. I don't know if it's always the case, but even though it wasn't crowded, no one came out when I entered the store, and even when I called it, it didn't come out easily. In addition, there were many seats where the lower set was left as it was, and it took time to get to the seats. The customers who came in later responded exactly the same, and everyone called me "I'm sorry" over and over again. The same is true for orders and accounting. If you do not respond to customers a little more smoothly, you will be able to avoid it, so I hope you can improve it.
