★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都庁展望室帰りに立ち寄り、生とパーコー冷やし(多分夏限定)を。味は普通に美味しいけど、店頭サンプルより量が少なくて、チヂミ追加、生おかわり(^_^;)
島嶼部の野菜使ったメニューもあったり。ラー油も島嶼部の唐辛子使ったやつだそうな。
 Stop by the Tokyo Metropolitan Observatory, and chill out with Perco (perhaps summer only). The taste is normally delicious, but the amount is less than the store sample, Chijimi added, fresh refill (^ _ ^;)
There is a menu using vegetables from the islands. It seems that the chili oil is also made using the peppers from the islands.

セットはお得ですが量が多いので
五目焼きそばを単品で注文。
麺は堅焼きとやわらかいのか聞いてくれますよっ。
注文してから出でくるまでが早くて助かります。

どれを頼んでも失敗なし。ボリュームもあるし、価格が地理的に高いのも納得です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり知られていないが、新宿の都庁の地下にはいくつか飲食店が入っている。なぜか中華料理屋さんが多いような気もするのだが、ここ「皇雅」もその一つだ。地下だから駅からのアクセスもしい。アクセスはわかりやすいと思うが、万が一迷った人はパスポートセンターを目指していくといいだろう。
このあたりはオフィスも多いのでランチ時分は非常に混み合うが、13時をすぎると比較的入りやすくなる。ランチタイムはラーメンや丼ものが中心。ラーメンは中華そば、担々麺、高菜そばなど。丼ものは麻婆丼や中華丼など。そんな看板メニューが2つ組み合わせになったセットが狙い目だ。ということで、醤油ラーメン+小皿麻婆豆腐+ライスの麻婆セット（850円）を。
待っている間に、ディナーメニューをチェック。揚げ物、炒めもの、おつまみ、とかなり幅広くメニューが揃っているが、ネックは営業時間。17時〜21時までと結構早くしまってしまうのだ。そんな短い時間を精一杯活用するなら飲み放題がお得だ。17時〜21時までドリンク飲み放題が1700円！
そんなディナーは今度にして、やってきた麻婆セット。醤油ラーメンはオーソドックス。醤油ベースのスープに縮れた中華麺。大きなチャーシューとメンマが入っている。わかりやすく、昔ながらの中華そばという感じ。一方で、麻婆豆腐はあっさり。パンチがそれほどないなと思っていたけど、もしかすると特製の辣油を加えることを想像していたのかもしれない。
いずれにせよ、このボリュームで850円はかなりお得かな。パスポート申請に来た帰りにでもどうぞ！
Although not well known, there are several restaurants in the basement of the Shinjuku Metropolitan Government. For some reason, I feel like there are many Chinese restaurants, but here “Emperor” is one of them. Access from the station is also good because it is underground. The access is easy to understand, but if you ever get lost, you should aim for a passport center.
There are many offices around here, so the lunch hour is very crowded, but it is relatively easy to enter after 13:00. At lunchtime, ramen and rice bowls are mainly used. Ramen includes Chinese noodles, Dandan noodles, and Takana soba. Samurai items include maple and Chinese food. The aim is a set that combines two such signboard menus. So, soy sauce ramen + small dish mapo tofu + rice set (850 yen).
While waiting, check the dinner menu. There are quite a wide variety of menus, such as fried foods, fried foods, and snacks, but the neck is open. From 17:00 to 21:00, it gets pretty early. If you use such a short time as much as you want, you can enjoy all you can drink. All-you-can-drink drinks from 17:00 to 21:00 are 1700 yen!
This dinner is the next time you come to Maya. Soy sauce ramen is orthodox. Chinese noodles curled into soy sauce-based soup. Big char siu and menma are included. Easy-to-understand, traditional Chinese soba. On the other hand, mapo tofu is light. I thought there wasn't much punch, but maybe I imagined adding a special soy sauce.
Anyway, 850 yen is a great deal with this volume. Please come back home for a passport application!

席に着いたばかりでメニューすらみてないのに注文を取りにくるし、食事を運んできたときにデーブルに置くタイミングで『暑い汗出ちゃう』と大声で独り言を言われて不快な気分になりました。
しかもサンラータン麺を頼んだのにラー油を持ってこないし、お水を頼めば、私が立たないと取れない位置に置く。接客だけでこんなに嫌な気分になることは滅多にないですが、このお店はとにかく最低でした。
サンラータン麺は美味しかったので残念でした。
二度と行きません。
