李	李小熊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本が大好き、日本語を独学している外国人と申します。京王プラザホテルで泊まり、お店でお買い物させて頂きましたが、とても不快な思いをしました。お弁当を買った後、荒井店員は「お箸何本付けますか」と尋ねましたが、以前こんなことを聞いたコンビニ店員さんがいなくて、あの時も本当に疲れて、よく聞き取れませんでした。もう一人の店員さんは英語で「お箸」の意味を説明しようとしましたが、あいにく私は日本語が下手で英語もできません。その時、荒井店員は何も言わず、不機嫌そうにお箸を私の目の前に振りました。それに「楽天ポイントカードで支払います」と言いましたが、荒井店員は聞き取れなかったようでもう一度支払いを請求しました。支払いが終わった後もこの件について一言も謝りませんでした。一番酷いのは、支払いが終わった後、荒井店員は自分の仕事に没頭して客である私(と私のビニル袋、客に手渡すべきではないでしょうか)を放置し、「ありがとうございます」すら言ってくれませんでした。怒りを抑えつつ「ありがとうございます」を言った後荒井店員はようやく「ありがとうございます」と言い返しましたが、笑顔なし。ずっと笑顔なしでした。日本では「ありがとう」を言ってくれなかった店員さんは荒井さんが初めてでした。外国人だから「ありがとう」は不要ですか？？これも日本のサービスだと言えますか？？お店はホテルの下にあり、きっと外国の方がたくさんいらっしゃると思います。その中に私のように下手ながら自分なりに日本語を頑張って勉強している外国人がいるかもしれません。そんな思いはもう二度とさせたくありません。追記:ポプラの方からお詫びのメールをいただきましたが、やっぱり荒井さんを許せません。 I am a foreigner who loves Japan and has studied Japanese by himself.
