★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食のおまかせ料理の一部ですが、最高に感動！立秋ごろから料理に使われているという奈良産の柿の胡麻和えは驚くほど美味しく、またお盆を控えたこの時期のほうずきの中には、小ぶりの手毬寿司のプチプチ食感が絶妙などなど、一品一品が手間と心のこもったお料理に、店主と奥様の人柄が加わって満足度も増すよい一時でした！
It is a part of the makise cuisine for dinner, but it is the most impressive! The Nara-grown sesame sauce from Nara, which has been used for cooking since around autumn, is surprisingly delicious, and the boiled boil during this period is exquisite, such as the fine texture of small hand-made sushi. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如月中盤の休日ランチでお邪魔したのは備前田井駅より徒歩数分の「古風楽宗」さん、都内より移住された店主さんが古民家をリノベされ、2019年より完全予約制で営業を開始されました！ 歴史ある古民家は迫力ありますね、元は市長さんのお屋敷だったそうです。庭も綺麗に手入れされ、古い石灯籠が素晴らしいです。
店内は素敵な空間ですね、店主さん趣味の枝活けが迫力あります。また南向きの窓からは庭を見渡せることが出来、今のシーズンだと屋内から梅を楽しめますよ。座敷テーブルは4つあり、テーブルの間隔が広いのでゆったり過ごせます！
当日予約だとメニューは限定されます、前日までの予約でフルラインナップを愉しめます。注文は「穴子の贅沢重（2380円）」、待つこと15分程度で配膳、前菜・焚物・吸い物・香の物が付いています。
穴子は煮てから軽く焼いてありますね、濃厚な味わいながら甘さは程々に抑えられており、ご飯ががっつり進みます。穴子は中サイズですが2尾ありますのでしっかり堪能できました(*^^*) 前菜・焚物もレベルが高く、店主さんの腕の良さが分かりますね。
食後にはデザートと紅茶を頂きながら店主さんと暫し談笑．．．東京神田で50年以上腕を振るわれていましたが少しのんびり暮らしたいとのことで風光明媚な玉野市へ移住、完全予約制で割烹系料理を供される古風楽宗をオープンされました。夜コースもリーズナブルですので、早々にお酒と美味しい料理を頂きに訪れたいと思います！
During the holiday lunch in the middle of Kisaragi, `` Kofu Rakusou '', a few minutes walk from Bizentai Station, and a shopkeeper who emigrated from Tokyo renovated an old private house and started business with a full reservation system in 2019. it was done! The historic old house is impressive, it was originally the residence of the mayor. The garden is beautifully maintained and the old stone lanterns are wonderful.
The inside of the shop is a wonderful space, and the branch owner's hobby is powerful. The south-facing windows overlook the garden, and you can enjoy plums indoors this season. There are four tatami mat tables, and the spacing between the tables is wide, so you can relax!
If you make a reservation on the day, the menu will be limited, you can enjoy the full lineup by booking until the day before. The order is "luxury heavy conger eel (2380 yen)", waiting for about 15 minutes and serving, appetizer, firewood, soup, and incense.
The conger is boiled and then baked lightly, the sweetness is moderately suppressed while the flavor is rich, and the rice goes on. The conger is a medium size but there are 2 fish so I could fully enjoy it (* ^^ *) Appetizers and fired foods are also high level, so you can see the goodness of the owner.
After a meal, we chatted with the owner for a while while having dessert and tea. . . He had been playing in Kanda, Tokyo for more than 50 years, but moved to a scenic city of Tamano, where he wanted to live a bit more relaxed. Evening courses are also reasonable, so I would like to visit for sake and delicious food as soon as possible!

ややわかりにくい立地ですが
趣のある古民家に、感じの良いご夫婦が
お迎えしてくれました。
一品一品、とても手の込んだ料理に、
途中、ご主人が挨拶に来てくれて
最初から最後まで気持ち良い時間を
過ごすことが出来ました。
コロナ禍ではありますが、
永く続けて欲しいお店の一つに思いました。
