Y	Y TM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月訪問。高円寺には高円寺という寺が実在していることを最近知って、訪れてみた。駅からは意外と近いが、静かな環境にある。正門は南側にある。境内も静か、平日の夕方とあって訪れていた人は他に2名のみ。カラスがうるさかった。手入れはされているようだが、どことなく訪問者を歓迎しない雰囲気。本堂の佇まいはよいが、近づくことはできない。この時期、いろんな樹木に花が咲いていて、華やかとは言えないまでも春の到来を感じさせてくれていた。イチョウの巨木は枝払いがされていて、どこかこじんまりとして見えた。西側にも門があるが、閉じられていた。坂道を隔てた西隣にはこの寺の墓地がある。正門の扉だけでなく、瓦などにあちこち葵の紋があるので、探してみると面白い。あちこち撮影して帰り際になって地味な三角コーンに気がついた。そこには「撮影禁止」の文字が… えっ、境内全部が？なんで？？てか、みんな撮ってるじゃん(笑) なんか変な寺。 Visited in March 2022.
